The Blaufränkisch matured for 30 months in wooden barrels from the 15 to 30-year-old vineyards of the StephanO winery is very velvety, supple and elegant. Surrounded by an intense beer aroma and gentle wood, an atmospheric finish offers perfect drinking pleasure.
Strong ruby garnet, violet reflections, wider edge brightening. Dark berry confit with a delicate floral background, black cherries, delicate tobacco, subtle herbal spice. Juicy, red berry touch, integrated tannin, salty-mineral body, fine extract sweetness, a lively food companion.
