The goal of highlighting the varietal character, the scent and the fruit of our wines typical of the region through a fine perlage has been achieved. Good sparkling wine can only be made from good wine; the base wine determines the quality.
Fine fruit and subtle brioche notes, perfectly balanced, lots of pressure and long-lasting, fine at the same time, dense and plump and with a gentle finish due to the moderate acidity.
