Since the 2015 vintage, our Grüner Veltliner from Leithaberg has been fermented in a concrete egg, matured and bottled unfiltered. The long storage on the fine yeasts, the finely dosed supply of oxygen and the natural clarification of the wine, favored by the oval shape of the egg, results in an aroma that is uninfluenced by wood and results in very dense, complex wines characterized by minerality and terroir.
The Grüner Veltliner from Leithaberg combines the typicality of a Grüner Veltliner with the terroir of a slate soil.
