pinot blanc M

Orange Wine

For this orange wine, the highly ripe Pinot Blanc grapes were fermented on the mash in a large wooden vat and stored in order to extract more tannin and coloring from the berry skins. This Pinot Blanc is characterized by a dark yellow to orange color and is bottled unfiltered.

This extremely low sulfur wine was produced in principle like red wine and is therefore voluminous due to the long storage in wood and can be stored for a very long time.

Strong, delicately cloudy, bright orange gold. Mineral-based nuances of fully ripe apricots, delicately tobacco-like, meadow herbs sound, a hint of yellow pear in the background. Tight, pleasant tannin veil, white apple, good freshness, good persistence, salty aftertaste, not a wine for beginners in the alternative wine sector.
