Bright yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicately nutty herbal spices, yellow apple, some pear and mango, mineral touch. Complex, tight, tightly woven, fine fruit sweetness, a touch of peach, freshly structured, sticks, delicate sweetness in the aftertaste, can be used in a variety of ways.

Since the 2015 vintage, our Grüner Veltliner from Leithaberg has been fermented in a concrete egg, matured and bottled unfiltered. The long storage on the fine yeasts, the finely dosed supply of oxygen and the natural clarification of the wine, favored by the oval shape of the egg, results in an aroma that is uninfluenced by wood and results in very dense, complex wines characterized by minerality and terroir.

The Grüner Veltliner from Leithaberg combines the typicality of a Grüner Veltliner with the terroir of a slate soil.

This exceptionally produced Pinot Blanc delights with a light yellow color and platinum yellow highlights. Subtle white floral notes and an incredibly fine minerality fill the nose. After swirling the glass, aromas of fresh, sun-ripened lemon, fresh pear and green apple emerge.

On the palate, wine that has been stored for 3 years on the yeast residues created during fermentation is cool, elegant and of noble clarity. The fresh acidity and the complexity created by the bâtonnage give the wine a beautiful strength. An elegant companion at the table.
